Free tools
Free, and actually free.
No account, no watermark, no expiry, and nothing stops working later. Everything below runs in your browser — the design, the scan check and the file itself are produced on your own machine.
Every download is checked. Before a file is handed over, the finished artwork is rendered and read back by an independent scanner at four sizes, including a blurred small render standing in for a poor phone camera. If it does not decode, the download is refused rather than quietly handed to your printer.

All ten types, the full design engine and 37 templates. Start here if you are not sure which you need.
Open the generatorQR code for a website
Point a printed code at any web address. Design it, confirm it scans, download a print-ready file — no account, no watermark, no expiry.
OpenQR code for a Wi-Fi network
Guests join by pointing a camera at it — no typing a long password off a card, no staff dictating it across a room.
OpenQR code for a contact card
One tap saves your details straight into somebody’s phone contacts — a real contact file, not a form they have to fill in.
OpenQR code for a restaurant menu
Put your menu on the table without reprinting it every time a price moves. This tool encodes a link to a menu you already host.
OpenQR code for a PDF
Link a printed page to a document — a manual, a spec sheet, a brochure, a price list — by encoding the address the file already lives at.

What these tools cannot do
They produce static codes: the content is encoded into the pattern, so it works forever and needs nothing from us — but it can never be changed once printed, and it cannot report a single scan. Editing a destination after printing, and seeing what happened, both need a dynamic code.
