Two colours blended across the pattern. Keep both dark.
Above 0.15 the pattern thins out and gets harder to scan in print.
PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 2 MB. Error correction is raised automatically so the code still scans.
A short instruction measurably increases the number of people who scan.
Higher error correction survives more damage but makes the pattern denser.
The standard is 4. Less than that and scanners struggle to find the code against busy artwork.

Worth knowing
- Shorter addresses make simpler, denser-looking codes that scan from further away. A long tracking URL forces a higher version with smaller modules.
- Include the scheme or leave it off — https:// is added for you.
- Test the printed size before a long run. The tool warns you when the content is too dense to survive at the size you have chosen.
