Questions people actually ask
- What happens to my codes if I downgrade or cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. Codes beyond your new plan’s limit become read-only and are clearly marked, and they start working again the moment you have room for them. We will never quietly break a code you have already printed.
- Do you break my QR codes if I go over the scan limit?
- No. Scans over your allowance still redirect. We flag it in the dashboard and email you — stopping a printed campaign mid-month would be an unacceptable way to ask you to upgrade.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes, and it does not expire. Unlimited static codes, three dynamic ones, and no card at sign-up. We would rather you tried it properly than hit a wall in two weeks.
- What counts as a dynamic code?
- Any code whose destination you can change after it is printed. Static codes — Wi-Fi, plain text, a phone number — encode their content directly and are unlimited on every plan, including free.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes, in the same number of clicks it took to subscribe. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and we show you that date before you confirm.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes — use the toggle above. The saving is shown as a percentage and the exact renewal amount appears on every card before you commit to anything.
